Position Objective Provide customer service and support, ensuring efficient shipment management and delivering timely solutions to customer requirements. Requirements Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or completed technical program. Minimum 6 months of experience in operational roles related to customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Advanced customer service skills. Job Functions or Activities Timely and proper handling of assigned PUDO services. Contacting PUDO managers to verify service status. Providing customer service and support, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. Providing operational feedback regarding process deviations.
