Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead continuous improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and ensure process compliance, acting as a change agent to promote a quality culture. Flexible working hours **Experience:** At least 1 year, preferably in the automotive industry **Knowledge:** Project management, knowledge of Lean processes (suggestion: Yellow/Green Belt), PMI certification (preferred), basic financial knowledge, computer skills; Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint – intermediate level, Excel – intermediate level, Word – intermediate level, Outlook), internet navigation. * Enthusiastic about implementing changes in processes, methods, and environments, behaving as a “change agent” within the organization. * Responds quickly to new and competitive challenges and situations. * Imaginative and creative in proposing changes. * Can be persuasive, though generally direct and firm in communication. * Works well independently on planning, analysis, and problem-solving tasks. * Demonstrates an urgent and impatient desire to produce results. * Key Challenges * Motivate staff to carry out preventive actions and continuous improvement based on process compliance monitoring and internal audit results. * Involve personnel from all departments of the dealership in applying and maintaining processes. * Ensure sustainability of processes at the dealership. * Ensure all departments of the dealership understand required actions for continuous process improvement. * Implement initiatives that promote quality culture. * Guide the team toward implementation of solutions. **Main Responsibilities** **Strategic Role** * Continuous Improvement: * Propose/lead improvement projects jointly with departmental managers. * Monitor departmental KPIs. * Develop preventive and corrective action plans to address deviations in dealership processes. * Prepare and conduct internal audits. * Identify opportunities for improvement in process execution. * Establish action plans based on the bonus system. * Define and ensure adherence to the dealership’s internal processes.
