Job Summary: We are seeking a person to provide operational support for our music promotion strategy, coordinating promotional materials, updating databases, and assisting with promotional tours. Through SAPS Promotions—the division responsible for building relationships with digital, print, radio, and television media—we support artists and record labels in positioning their releases across major media outlets, with special emphasis on radio. **The candidate we seek has:** \- Experience in administrative tasks, coordination, or logistics. \- Genuine interest in music promotion across media platforms. \- Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Drive, email, and file-sharing platforms. \- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \- Prior experience in media-related roles or supporting promoters is desirable (but not mandatory). \- A valid driver’s license is mandatory. These requirements are essential for performing this role, as you will be part of the team providing operational support for our media promotion strategy for new releases. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Sending and tracking promotional materials to media outlets (audio files, biographies, album covers, greetings). \- Updating and maintaining media, DJs, and programming directors’ databases. \- Coordinating interviews, mentions, greetings, and other promotional activities on radio and television. \- Monitoring radio airplay and collecting evidence (audio clips, screenshots, recordings). \- Assisting in planning promotional tours and telephone interviews. \- Administrative oversight of departmental activities and deliverables. \- Internal communication with other departments (Marketing, Content, Editorial, etc.). \- Logistical assistance for tasks assigned by the promotion team. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** \- Organized, detail-oriented. \- Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Proactive and initiative-driven in efficiently resolving situations. \- Interest in Mexican music genres (Banda, Norteño, Corridos, Sierreño) and Cumbia. \- Genuine interest in growing within the music industry and learning about media promotion. **What We Offer:** \- Salary: $9,450.00 per month \- Monthly productivity bonus \+ Semi-annual productivity bonus \- Statutory benefits \- Opportunities for growth, both in salary and responsibilities. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Position Type: Full-time Salary: $9,450.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Work Location: On-site employment
