Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation according to recipes and hygiene guidelines. 2. Waste and cost control, applying FIFO. 3. Assisting in the preparation of complex dishes and quality verification. PRIVATE HOSPITAL SEEKING COOKS **Primary Position Objective:** Prepare food to ensure customer satisfaction, consistently adhering to Distintivo H hygiene standards, established recipes, cost management, waste prevention, and chefs’ instructions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare food following established recipes, guidelines, and procedures. Maintain workplace area and utensils in order and under hygienic conditions. Control waste and costs, applying FIFO and input control. Prepare and organize ingredients and utensils prior to service commencement. Clean and disinfect equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Assist in preparing sauces, garnishes, and more complex dishes. Verify taste and presentation of food prior to service.
