Job stability Café Brújula, a reference in specialty coffee in Oaxaca, is seeking committed, responsible, and service-passionate individuals to join our team as **Marketing Coordinator.** **Workplace:** González Ortega, No. 508-B, Col. La Noria, Oaxaca de Juárez Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs. Sundays off. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement the brand’s marketing and communication plan. * Collaborate with operational teams in creating and launching new products. * Develop advertising and promotional campaigns (digital and in-person). * Create, supervise, and schedule content for social media and digital platforms. * Participate in creative sessions, brand activations, and events. * Analyze market, consumer, and competitive trends. * Measure and report campaign results (reach, engagement, impact). * Ensure proper use of the brand’s visual identity and narrative. * Maintain constant communication with branches to ensure consistency in brand experience. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (graduated or intern) * Age 18–30 years * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in marketing, communications, or branding. * Experience in: Digital marketing and social media. * Content creation (copywriting, imagery, photography, video). * Product development and launch. * Proficiency with digital tools (Meta, Canva, Adobe, or others). * Experience with Shopify, Odoo, etc. * Strong organizational, planning, and project-tracking skills. * High creativity with a results-oriented mindset. * Enthusiasm for public interaction. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits: * IMSS * Vacation days * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Direct participation in creative and innovation projects.
