Analysis of information to support decision-making and continuous improvement. **Totalplay is a Mexican company belonging to Grupo Salinas and a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination; we invite you to join us.** **Accounts Receivable Leader** **Position Objective** Ensure timely payment of corporate clients’ invoices by providing prompt customer service that minimizes the risk of non-payment. **Requirements** * Education: Completed High School * Expertise in effective communication * Leadership ability * Negotiation skills * Analytical capability **Main Responsibilities** * Assign residential accounts receivable portfolio. * Follow up on clients who have not paid their first invoice and high-value clients. * Follow up on complaints and areas for improvement identified during calls. * Implement and plan sales strategies jointly with the Operations Department and District Quality Assurance Analysts. * Collaborate with the District Commercial and/or Operations Departments. * Analyze and verify addresses where active service with moral standing is detected. * Generate reports, pivot tables, charts, etc., to analyze information in detail. * Interact with customers via telephone or in person. * Interact with customers to deliver an excellent service experience. * Listen, probe, and provide solutions to retain customers.
