Condesa \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Funeral Assistance Services Company seeks your talent due to growth:** Profile: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center (customer service or sales). * **Preferred experience in: Healthcare sector, insurance, assistance, or funeral services.** Responsibilities: * **Customer service:** Receiving death reports with a high degree of empathy and activating coordination protocols with providers and operators. * **Logistics supervision:** Tracking and documenting in the system the status of ongoing services (transfers, procedures, viewing rooms) until completion. * **Consultative sales:** Converting informational inquiries into closed sales of funeral assistance plans. We Offer: * $10,000 gross monthly \+ Commissions \+ PL Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Fixed day off). * Afternoon shift: 3 PM \- 11 PM **Work location: Col.
