Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage the control of tool inbound and outbound operations, material receipt and allocation, and timely delivery of requisitions, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Assists in conducting comprehensive inventory counts **COMERCIALIZADORA Y PROVEEDORA AGROPECUARIA DE LAS NAZAS is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Manlio Fabio Altamirano, Veracruz** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the same or similar position. * Ability to easily commute to the worksite area (Espinal de Ceballos, Municipality of Manlio Fabio Altamirano, Ver.). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Flexible availability for working hours. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Open and close the warehouse. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding scheduling of material receipt appointments. * Control tool inbound and outbound operations. * Issue responsibility forms (responsivas) to workers for assigned equipment. * Adhere to good warehouse handling practices. * Daily verification of the product receipt schedule for handover to the receiving supervisor. * Assign product storage locations within the warehouse. * Verify orders requested by site supervisors from various departments. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requisitions. * Record in the system the time of completion of product processing for final system entry. * Participate in and monitor comprehensive inventory counts. **Desired Education Level:** Higher Education \- Degree Holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Punctual * Proactive * Organized *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cbe2257900003c006f2c4d\&source\=indeed
