We are currently seeking personnel for the position of **Workshop and Fleet Manager** in San Cristóbal de las Casas. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for the vehicle fleet * Mechanical diagnosis of gasoline and diesel vehicles * Direct supervision of mechanics and assistants * Validation of logbooks, checklists, and route departures * Management of spare parts orders and tracking * Administrative procedures and documentation * Personnel control and management of the fleet. **Requirements** * Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred) * Ability to operate vehicles of 3.5 tons or more * Valid driver’s license (Chiapas) * Full schedule availability * Willingness to travel * Proficiency in diagnostic equipment (scanner) * Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, **5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (Sundays off | meal breaks according to operational needs) **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $15,000 gross (subject to change) * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, FONACOT, PTU as per law) * Job stability * Training and onboarding * Opportunity for career growth * **Key Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management
