Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage and support electrical systems, HVAC systems, and fire detection systems. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of maintenance for electrical and HVAC systems 2. Support for low- and medium-voltage electrical installations 3. Monitoring of systems via BMS and early fire detection **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; 3–5 years of experience in similar roles coordinating maintenance for electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and early fire detection systems. **Responsibilities:** * Support for air conditioning equipment (precision AC, HVAC, packaged units). * Support for low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Support for power generation equipment (emergency power plants) and UPS for technological equipment. * Monitoring of systems via BMS. * Knowledge of emergency power plants and UPS systems. * High-, medium-, and low-voltage systems. * Early fire detection. * BMS systems.
