As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and overseeing our collections processes, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and administer the collections portfolio, tracking overdue payments and supervising proper application of received payments. * Contact delinquent customers effectively and professionally, using negotiation and persuasion strategies to reach payment agreements. * Investigate and resolve payment-related disputes and issues, maintaining clear and concise communication with customers and relevant internal departments. * Accurately and promptly maintain and update collections records using our collections management system. * Regularly report portfolio progress and results to the supervisor or responsible manager. Requirements: * Customer service experience and motorcycle handling experience. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
