




Job Summary: Deco Seguros is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage the customer portfolio, expand the business through alliances, and coordinate visits, with a focus on service and a commercial mindset. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Responsibilities: * Manage and provide service to our current customer portfolio. * Expand business reach through commercial alliances with companies not yet part of our client network. * Maintain effective communication with Human Resources managers of allied companies through scheduled visits. * Coordinate logistics for company visits, ensuring efficient transportation of sales representatives from the office to the destination and vice versa.
