With us, you can: * Be part of an innovative and dynamic team * Receive attractive compensation for your talent * Annual credits at our properties **Your Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Room Manager department, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence across housekeeping, front desk, and guest services—guaranteeing satisfaction for our guests and owners. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning staff to ensure proper presentation of rooms and common areas per standards * Supervise and/or perform room (department) assignments and daily work activities for housekeeping * Develop cleaning schedules and staff shift timetables * Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and products * Supervise and report preventive or corrective maintenance for interior room (department) facilities * Supervise the host team to ensure efficient check-in/out processes * Ensure guest service delivery * Ensure team use of technological work tools * Coordinate front desk staff shifts * Coordinate supervision and inspection processes for cleaning activities * Handle special situations, guest complaints, or guest requests * Supervise laundry processes—including washing, drying, and linen distribution * Manage laundry supplies and equipment care * Establish and maintain hygiene standards * Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay * Coordinate special or personalized guest services * Address and resolve guest/owner complaints * Prepare and support informative property reports * Participate in operational meetings and collaborate with other departments (maintenance, consumption centers) * Implement hygiene and sanitation protocols **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Administration * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or condo-hotel sector * Proven experience supervising housekeeping, laundry, and front desk operations * Proficiency in hotel software (e.g., PMS) and operational control tools Join the Tasman Team!
