Ensuring cleaning, disinfection, and organization of supplies, dishware, glassware, and kitchen utensils; maintaining order in the scullery area; and ensuring hygiene in accordance with safety standards. * Receiving raw materials (maintaining an intake log for supplies) * Responsible for verifying supply quality for quality control * Washing and disinfecting supplies * Washing dishes, flatware, and utensils * Organizing and storing cleaned utensils in their designated locations * Keeping the dishwashing area clean, disinfected, and dry; floor cleaning and cleaning of kitchen work areas * Assisting cooks with basic tasks as needed Salary: $2,205.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing Workplace: On-site employment
