Summary: This role executes parts readiness for new model launches and facelifts, ensuring availability, catalog accuracy, and dealer support, acting as an operational liaison between various teams. Highlights: 1. Execute parts readiness for new model launches and facelifts 2. Act as operational liaison between Brand, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Dealers 3. Support readiness planning and process improvement initiatives Execute Parts Readiness activities for assigned brands during new model launches and facelifts, ensuring availability of Launch Critical Parts, catalog accuracy, pricing readiness, and dealer support before and after SOP. Act as the operational liaison between Brand, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Dealers to guarantee successful launches and rapid issue resolution during post\-launch phases . STRATEGIC ( 3 0 %) 15% Support readiness planning for new launches in assigned brands. 10% Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices. 5% Provide insights on portfolio needs and market requirements. OPERATIONAL ( 6 0 %) 20% Coordinate LCP definition and validation with cross\-functional teams. 15% Ensure BOM maintenance and engineering changes are correctly implemented. 10% Validate catalog data, pricing, descriptions, and applications. 10% Monitor parts availability at launch timing and escalate risks. 5% Support Post\-Launch Reviews and corrective actions. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ( 1 0%) 10% Support reporting and readiness tracking tools for leadership visibility. **Other functions:** Validate catalog quality (descriptions, image s and applications). Support field teams with launch readiness information and issue resolution. Ensure alignment with regional and global parts readiness requirements. Monitor and document risks, delays, and required escalations for the assigned brand cluster. **Experience:** 8 years of experience in Aftersales, Product, Supply Chain, or Engineering within the automotive industry. Experience working with cross\-functional teams Experience with product launches, part validation, or technical coordination preferred. Automotive industry experience preferred **Technical Knowledge:** Bachelor's degree English fluent Parts catalogs and portfolio management Launch Critical Parts definition and readiness. Cataloging processes and data quality management. Supply chain basics and inventory concepts . Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, BI tools preferred). Basic understanding of pricing .
