




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support / Customer Service / Technical Support specialist to assist users and franchisees through digital channels, following up on requests and incidents related to access, use of Habi technology, and Google Workspace. We are currently looking for a **Customer Support / Customer Service / Technical Support** specialist to assist users and franchisees via digital channels, following up on requests and incidents related to access, use of Habi technology, and Google Workspace. Main Responsibilities: * Platform access support * Google Workspace account management * Customer service via chat and other digital channels * Technical and operational support for users * Ticket tracking and resolution * Support for franchisees in using digital platforms * Incident logging and documentation * Escalation of cases when necessary * Clear communication and continuous follow-up with customers Requirements: * Experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, or call centers ✨ Advanced technical experience is not required — training will be provided. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Service orientation and problem-solving ability * Organizational skills and case tracking capability * Basic to intermediate proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Workspace) * Desired: experience in online support, help desk, or service desk roles * Desired: experience handling public-facing interactions Salary and Benefits: * $13,500 gross monthly salary * 30 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 15 working days of vacation * Vacation premium as mandated by law * Grocery vouchers starting from the 6th month * Formal employment contract and job stability Why Apply? * Stable employment at a technology company * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Positive work environment * Opportunities for career growth * Continuous learning in the PropTech sector Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
