Job Summary: Support the implementation of agroecological practices, conservation of native seeds, and organization of workshops, while recording technical information and accompanying community activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support agroecological practices and conservation of native seeds 2. Collaborate in organizing workshops and events 3. Accompany field and community activities 1\. Support the implementation of agroecological practices in demonstration and learning plots. 2\. Collaborate in activities related to conservation, management, and multiplication of native seeds. 3\. Support the organization and logistics of workshops, courses, demonstration days, and experience exchanges. 4\. Record basic technical information on agroecological practices implemented in the field. 5\. Support the systematization of experiences, good practices, and community learning. 6\. Prepare graphic and documentary support materials (technical sheets, attendance lists, evidence). 7\. Accompany field visits and community activities under the supervision of the Specialist. 8\. Support the integration of technical information for state-level reports. 9\. Carry out additional technical tasks assigned. Salary: $16,000.00 - $16,200.00 per month Relocation/Commute: * Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chis.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting work (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * Ability to perform effectively in high-demand environments with tight deadlines * Do you hold a degree in Agronomy? Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Production, agronomic management, and conservation of native maize: 2 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Valid driver's license (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
