Position Summary: We are seeking a Quantification and Engineering Analyst to ensure accuracy in volumetric calculations and proactively identify technical requirements in industrial projects. In-depth analysis of drawings and details to prevent omissions **Quantification and Engineering Analyst (Industrial Projects)** **Purpose of the Position** We seek a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background to join our team on a **permanent** basis. Your objective will be to ensure accuracy in volumetric calculations and proactively detect technical requirements, thereby ensuring the viability of large-scale industrial projects. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture** (Students completing their studies or Graduates). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferably in the industrial sector). * **Software:** Mandatory proficiency in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of **Revit** is desirable. * **Competencies:** Strong ability to read drawings and a preventive mindset to identify structural or construction omissions. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Analysis and Diagnosis:** In-depth review of drawings and details to identify structural and construction deficiencies prior to execution. * **Specialized Quantification:** Generation of volumetric calculations for industrial projects. * **Structural Management:** Quantification of structural steel and mixed foundation systems (isolated, continuous, and slab foundations). * **Earthwork:** Control and calculation of earthworks (excavations and embankments). * **MEP Engineering:** Comprehensive quantification of installations (plumbing, sanitary, stormwater, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical). **Conditions and Benefits:** * **Employment Type:** Direct and permanent (We seek long-term stability). * **Salary:** $15,300 Monthly Gross. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. * **Days Off:** Saturdays and Sundays. * **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits. * **Savings Fund**.
