In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing administrative processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of company objectives. Your ability to analyze data, improve processes, and work collaboratively in a team will be essential to the success of our department. As an Administrative Analyst, your responsibilities will include: processing fixed payments, placing quarterly orders, purchasing stationery and extraordinary cleaning supplies, verifying expenses with various suppliers, requesting quotations and making purchases, and entering data into the Contpaq system. Additionally, you will coordinate administrative projects, maintain records, and manage documentation. Your ability to work under pressure and your attention to detail will be key to ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all your tasks. Minimum requirements for this position include a university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields, as well as prior experience in a similar role. Particular emphasis will be placed on your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt rapidly to change. Furthermore, excellent proficiency with office tools and knowledge of management software will be considered a strong advantage.
