Location: Manzanillo, Colima. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field (graduated). * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in import and export operations. * Knowledge of customs laws, logistics, transportation, distribution, and warehousing. * Intermediate English proficiency * Familiarity with port terminals and management systems **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise cargo traffic, ensuring proper import and export procedures. * Assign and supervise tasks for traffic assistants, while maintaining assertive communication with internal clients. * Provide solutions to issues arising with shipping lines or other authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance. * Monitor customs clearance processes and required documentation for cargo release. * Manage land, maritime, and air transportation logistics, optimizing time and cost efficiency. * Maintain communication and customer service via email, telephone, and WhatsApp. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary ranging from $16,000 to $18,000\. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Ongoing training and coaching. * Collaborative and motivating work environment. * Statutory benefits Salary: Starting at $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
