A leading customs group is seeking its next Customs Operations Manager to lead cargo clearance operations in Manzanillo. If you possess comprehensive knowledge of the Customs Law, experience coordinating customs clearance procedures, and a problem-solving orientation for resolving incidents, this position is for you! **Location:** Manzanillo, Colima. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. * *Full availability for operational and customs-related matters is mandatory.* **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions (focused on operations, NOT freight forwarding). * **Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of the Customs Law and regulations, fiscalized facility portals, warehouses, and handling operations. * **Skills:** Proven experience managing personnel (customs agents), authoritative leadership, and ability to engage in technical discussions with authorities. * **Mandatory:** Valid driver’s license for both automobile and motorcycle. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and ensure proper execution of pre-clearance and release of customs declarations (break-bulk cargo and containers). * Resolve customs incidents with full legal knowledge. * Schedule handling operations and coordinate revalidation procedures with shipping lines. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** $34,000 MXN gross per month. * **Superior Benefits:** 10% punctuality bonus \+ 10% attendance bonus. * **Savings Plan:** 7% savings fund contribution. * **Year-End Bonus:** 30 days’ worth of salary. * **Security:** Direct employment contract and 100% IMSS contributions. **Are You Up for the Challenge?** Apply through this platform or send your updated CV via WhatsApp to **33 3255 6026**, addressed to **Lic.
