Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and leadership-oriented professional to ensure the quality and proper execution of projects, managing reports, plans, designs, and technical supervision. On-site supervision and quality control Job Description: A responsible individual with leadership, organizational, and professional ethical skills. Must ensure quality and proper execution of assigned work. Responsibilities: * Preparation of project proposals for client presentation. * Preparation of construction progress reports. * Preparation of work plans. * Preparation of drawings and designs. * Technical and construction supervision in accordance with drawings/regulations and client requirements. * Control of logbooks, budgets, and schedules. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * On-site quality and safety management. Requirements: * Proficiency in design software. * Mandatory: Personal computer equipment. * Preferred: Personal vehicle (operational and transportation expenses reimbursed at 100%). Qualifications: * Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree * 2 years of experience * Languages: Spanish, English * Age: between 25 and 50 years * Knowledge: Construction site control * Driver's license: Class A * Willingness to travel: Yes * Willingness to relocate: Yes Salary: $200,000.00 - $200,001.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
