Driving improvements in production times and processes **Job Objective** * Plan and optimize production processes to ensure on-time delivery, resource utilization, and goal achievement, guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency standards through indicator (KPI) monitoring. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the production plan. * Ensure timely and accurate program execution. * Efficiently manage material and human resources. * Monitor performance using KPIs. * Track work orders and system closure. * Ensure traceability of finished products. * Set priorities and delivery dates. * Control inventories and minimum stock levels. * Coordinate production line balancing. * Drive improvements in production times and processes. * Track new projects/products. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of KPIs and productivity. * ISO 9001:2015 knowledge preferred. * Experience managing personnel. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
