Superior benefits **Injection Process Technician** **Marelli** is looking for an **Injection Process Technician** with experience in **plastic injection molding**, to join our team in a dynamic automotive industry environment. **Requirements** * Completed technical degree or bachelor’s degree (related field). * Minimum 1 **year of experience** in the automotive industry. * Knowledge of **scientific molding**. * Experience operating **various brands and models of injection machines**. * Programming and adjustment of **injection robots**. * Knowledge and handling of **injection molding peripherals**. * Handling of **engineering resins**. * Control and adjustment of **process parameters**. * **New process validation** and execution of **machine changeovers**. * Knowledge of **LOTO** (DC3 mandatory). **Desired Competencies** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Focus on quality and continuous improvement. * Teamwork and good communication. * Adherence to safety standards and procedures. **We Offer:** * Professional development opportunity. * Job stability. * Superior benefits.
