Job Summary: We are seeking a Core Banking Implementation Consultant to strengthen our system by implementing new products and services and automating processes with technology. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will implement the new Core Banking system to optimize customer service. 2. You will lead the implementation of innovative financial products and services. 3. You will drive automation and technological innovation in auditing. Grupo Salinas is a leading company in the innovation and development sector, committed to excellence and the professional growth of its employees. · We are currently seeking: Core Banking Implementation Consultant. · Objective: You will implement the new Core Banking system to build a more robust system capable of serving a larger number of customers with improved service and trust. · What will be your role? You will be responsible for executing and implementing new deposit products and services within the Core Banking system. You will configure the new Core Banking system to support end-user testing. You will ensure continuity across all stages of the implementation and post-implementation of financial products and services on the new Core Banking system. You will design and implement technological solutions to automate auditing processes. You will manage large volumes of information to identify risks, anomalies, or deviations in systems, transactions, and critical processes. You will develop dashboards, internal tools, and technological platforms. You will design anomaly and risk detection models using analytical techniques and artificial intelligence. You will create opportunities for operational efficiency through technology. Define and execute the technological innovation roadmap for Auditing. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in banking projects and process automation. Prior experience in the financial sector, internal auditing, or clearing houses is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Strong database management and usage skills. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of accounting, finance, regulatory frameworks, Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence. · What qualities would we like to see in you? · Comfortable making decisions.
