Customer follow-up / after-sales service RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure sales coverage of assigned products and/or inputs in accordance with plans and budgets established by the Commercial Directorate, via customer prospecting and negotiation closure aligned with company policies, processes, and strategies, aiming to achieve the established target.
