Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional to train operational and transportation staff in logistics, safety, and tool usage, as well as to design and deliver training courses. Key Highlights: 1. Training of operational staff on tool usage and logistics. 2. Training of transportation operators on safety and customer service. 3. Design and development of theoretical-practical training plans. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum two years in similar positions. Knowledge: Preference for logistics (warehousing) or transportation experience. Prior development of operational staff training plans (theoretical-practical). RESPONSIBILITIES: • Training of operational staff: on usage of warehouse-specific tools, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, handheld devices, merchandise picking and receiving. • Training of transportation operators: on road safety and driving, customer service, traffic signage, powertrain systems, GPS, and mobile application usage. • Design and content development of theoretical-practical training plans for operational staff in logistics and transportation sectors. • Delivery of training courses. • Creation of training videos. WE OFFER: Direct employment contract with the company. Base salary + performance bonuses. Savings fund contribution of 13% (paid every six months). Vacation bonus of 50%, life insurance.
