Position: OPERATIONAL AND PERSONNEL PROCESS INSTRUCTOR Job Objective: Ensure technical training of point-of-sale employees to execute the value proposition according to service protocols and established best practices within the business segment, while also guaranteeing employee integration to foster optimal working relationships supporting professional development. Requirements Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree Experience: • Conducting group training sessions (preferred). • Administrative tasks (handling cash, cash reconciliations, and cash register closing). • Personnel management. • Inventory administration and preparation. • Operational processes for beverage and food preparation. • Best practices for handling beverages and food. • Customer service. • Working under fast-paced operational conditions. Knowledge: • Personnel management and supervision. • Customer service. • Knowledge of beverage and food handling. • Operational and personnel management. • Prior experience as an instructor or trainer.
