This combination creates an environment where ideas develop faster, accountability is real, and impact is visible. **YOUR ROLE** Responsible for ensuring optimal operation of production-area equipment, tools, and workstations by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. The Maintenance Technician must maintain accurate records of interventions performed, comply with internal safety and quality standards, and actively contribute to preventing recurring failures through root cause analysis and improvement proposals. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute preventive maintenance according to the established plan. * Respond to and resolve assembly equipment failures (corrective). * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and/or electronic issues. * Perform adjustments and calibrations on workstations. * Document interventions in maintenance systems or forms. * Provide technical support to production during startups or incidents. * Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring failures. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Propose improvements for equipment optimization (kaizen). * Verify safe conditions after each intervention. **YOUR EXPERIENCE** * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Knowledge of tools * Operation of measurement equipment (multimeter, ammeter, etc.) * Effective communication and verbal fluency * Problem analysis and resolution * Basic computer operation * Teamwork * Reading and interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree/Engineering in Electricity / Electronics / Electromechanics / Mechatronics or a related field. * Intermediate MS Office proficiency. **WHY JOIN US?** * Grow with purpose.
