REQUIREMENTS * Marital status: No preference * Gender: No preference * Age: Over 30 * Proficiency in computer software (Office) * Existing customer portfolio (Preferred) * Direct work experience in courier, parcel delivery, and shipping companies (applications without this requirement will not be considered) * Completed bachelor's degree or engineering degree * Minimum 1 year of experience as a coordinator or supervisor in the same industry (courier and parcel delivery), including prospecting, negotiation, and external/internal customer service (handling incidents, complaints, negotiations, etc.), with solid knowledge of logistics planning and optimization techniques. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Achieve, maintain, and exceed the sales budget by monitoring weekly statistics to ensure target achievement. 2\. Negotiate commercial agreements with customers. 3\. Present weekly and monthly sales results to the Commercial Coordinator/Management. 4\. Develop and expand your customer portfolio. 5\. Follow up with customers. 6\. Provide customer service. 7\. Prepare sales reports and CRM schedule. 15\. Meet established objectives.
