At LITTLE CAESARS, we are looking for your talent as a Human Capital Coordinator. **A prominent company in the industry** * We seek an HR Coordinator with strong recruitment and selection skills, who is proactive and possesses a service-oriented attitude and effective communication skills. * Responsible for **mass recruitment and selection of operational teams**, aiming to meet staffing requirements across assigned branches, as well as implementing employee benefits and compensation programs, and conducting impactful visits to properly follow up on employees’ needs. * Being proactive and having a service-oriented attitude is essential to ensure excellent internal customer service, as interaction with assigned branches is critical to the proper development of employees. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for operational positions, preferably within the restaurant industry. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Responsibilities:** * In charge of selection, interviewing, and hiring for assigned positions. * Management of external and internal recruitment programs. * Review and promote HR policies and procedures implemented within the company. * Competency-based interview processes. * Follow-up on internal employee issues. * Preparation of employment contracts and delivery of final settlement documents. **Benefits:** Base salary: MXN 16,000 gross + performance bonus.
