Manages the preparation and calculation of various types of payroll. 2. Calculates income tax (ISR) and social security payments. 3. Prepares tax provisions and employee benefits. **PAYROLL MANAGER** * EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Analytical, proactive, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, communication. * Prepare biweekly payroll. * Prepare payroll for temporary staff. * Prepare payroll for laborers. * Calculate ISR. Make payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc. * Prepare payroll-related tax provisions, seniority bonuses, and Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo). * Issue food vouchers for staff.
