You will manage staff, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and guarantee smooth branch operations. The selected candidate must possess a practical approach and be committed to the company’s expansion and success through implementing strategies that enhance productivity and achieve sales objectives. **Responsibilities:** · Oversee all operational aspects, including distribution, customer service, human resource management, administration, and sales. · Assess local market conditions and identify current and future sales opportunities (innovation ideas and customer attraction). · Achieve targets and performance metrics. · Maximize branch staff potential by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. · Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to overcome challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. · Address issues related to employee satisfaction. · Schedule: Split shift (to be defined during interview). · Salary: $13,000 monthly, pre-tax\+ commissions. · Day off: Weekday (one day between Monday and Thursday). · Benefits: Statutory benefits, IMSS, INFONAVIT.
