Organization and working under pressure A family entertainment franchise, expanding its operations, is hiring a CHEF (HEAD CHEF) with extensive experience in managing hot and cold kitchen lines and production, culinary techniques, timing control during service, plating, basic ingredient control, inventory management, food preparation, among others. Must demonstrate skilled personnel management, proactive leadership, organization, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure. Graduates of Gastronomy programs, Distintivo H certification or equivalent; gender unrestricted; maximum age 40 years; flexible availability.
