Job Summary:
We are seeking a field collection officer to negotiate with customers, verify addresses, generate payment commitments, and recover accounts.

\*Schedule:\* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. SUNDAYS OFF
\*Responsibilities:\* Field collections, customer negotiation, address verification, generation of payment commitments, account recovery, and management of delinquent portfolios
:
* Completed high school diploma or equivalent (hiring possible with completed junior high school depending on years of experience).
* Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
* Experience in recovery of delinquent portfolios (preferred).
* Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
* Minimum monthly salary expectation of $20,000 MXN
:
* Base salary of $9,451\.20 MXN gross per month (biweekly payroll).
* Training bonus of $1,200 MXN per month for two months.
* Productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN fixed for six months, paid biweekly; after six months, this bonus continues as long as productivity targets are met.
* Excellent uncapped commission scheme (details explained during the second interview with the manager). Earnings up to $50,000 MXN per month.
* Weekly gasoline allowance ($350\.00\ MXN).
* IMSS (100% coverage from day one).
* Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT).
