Lead continuous improvement projects and high-performing teams Date posted: Mar 19, 2026 Location: Topolobampo, MX Area of Expertise: Transport and Logistics Job Type: Permanent Work mode (place): On site Job Requisition ID: 24491 **Warehouse Supervisor** ======================== We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges \- resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change. **About the Unit** ------------------ Ensure that inventory of finished goods, supplies, bulk materials, off-spec items, and all items within the warehouse area is accurate and fully reconciled (100% physical vs. system), guaranteeing timely and compliant documentation controls. Execute and supervise proper receipt, storage, and organization of supplies, spare parts, and finished goods. Validate reliability of bulk, yaravitas, supplies, pallets, and finished goods inventories on the floor through cyclic counts. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Ensure correct placement of products in warehouses. * Control and supervise forklift operator functions, ensuring product flow traceability. * Generate inventory reports (daily production report, bulk carryover, procote, yaravitas, and bagged goods). * Ensure proper documentation of product entries and exits at the site. * Record production receipts in the system. * Receive and manage material block/unblock requests. * Perform inventory adjustments resulting from discrepancies between physical and system inventory (finished goods, supplies, spare parts, bulk materials, PPE, and third-party warehouses). * Responsible for material movement between warehouses. * Preserve stored product quality by verifying physical conditions and cleanliness, and reporting any deviations. * Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch areas to ensure continuous material flow. * Maintain inventory location according to the site’s current layout. Manage to sustain optimal stock levels of supplies, spare parts, and bulk products to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Measure and record key variables to define and track departmental KPIs. * Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects within the department. * Implement 5S-based housekeeping and organization routines. * Comply with and enforce HESQ standards, Golden Rules, and safety standards. * Participate in operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the area. **Profile** ----------- Degree in Industrial Processes Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Inventory Management. Relevant experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and proven experience leading high-performing teams.
