Position Summary:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team, manage daily operations, coordinate across departments, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead the front office reception and operations team.

**Salary:** $20,000 MXN net per month
**Location:** Loreto, Baja California Sur, facing the Sea of Cortez

We are seeking a **Front Office Manager**
Responsibilities:
* Lead the reception, concierge, bell, and night audit teams.
* Operate daily front office activities: check\-in / check\-out, in\-house service, VIP handling, honeymooners, and repeat guests.
* Submit the **Daily Flash Report** to General Management each morning.
* Supervise cash audits and cash handling, including USD and internal exchange rates.
* Manage **OTAs** (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb), rate parity, and channel manager (SiteMinder).
* Lead **Service Recovery**: handle complaints, issue compensations, and respond to reviews, with operational authority and a structured escalation path to Management.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F\&B, and Controller.
* Ensure tax compliance: **CFDI 4\.0**, daily reconciliations, and end-of-day closing.
* Continuously train the team on service standards, PMS usage, and service recovery.
Requirements
* **6\+ years** of hotel front office experience, with **at least 3 years** in a leadership role (Front Office Manager, Reception Manager, or Senior Supervisor).
* Proven experience in **luxury boutique hotels or premium hotel chains** (minimum 4\-5 stars).
* **English C1 level**: fluent in negotiation, handling complex complaints, and conducting calls with owners and international guests.
* Proficiency in **hotel PMS** (Opera, ARPON, Cloudbeds, RoomRaccoon, or similar).
* Experience with **OTAs and channel managers**.
* Experience with **night audit / closing procedures**.
* Solid knowledge of **CFDI 4\.0** and SAT invoicing.
* Cash handling, cash audits, and petty cash management (including USD).
* **Willingness to relocate to Loreto, BCS**, and start within 2\-4 weeks.
Bonus Points
* Prior experience with **ARPON** and/or **SiteMinder**.
* Third language (French, Italian, German).
* Certifications from **AHLEI, ISHC**, or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of **Revenue Management**.
* Familiarity with Baja California Sur or the Loreto destination.
* Background in independent hospitality.
