Position Summary: Studio Idirin Sobera is seeking a Senior Architect to lead luxury projects from conception to delivery, supervising teams and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. A creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment with professional growth. ***Studio Idirin Sobera is a luxury architecture and interior design studio based in Mexico, creating transformative and customized spaces for discerning clients.*** ***We are looking for a Senior Architect — join our team!*** **Responsibilities** * Develop architectural and interior design concepts for luxury projects. * Lead projects from the conceptual stage through execution and final delivery. * Prepare and supervise architectural, construction, and detailed drawings. * Coordinate renderings, mood boards, specifications, and client presentations. * Supervise selection of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes. * Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external consultants. * Track schedules, budgets, and construction progress. * Supervise site visits and ensure quality during execution. * Ensure compliance with aesthetic, regulatory, and operational guidelines. * Participate in client and management meetings to present progress. * Manage project changes and resolve technical or operational issues. * Coordinate and mentor junior architects, drafters, and designers on the team. * Stay current with trends in luxury architecture, interior design, and hospitality. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury interior design and architecture projects. * Experience in premium residential, hospitality, restaurant, or high-end development projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and rendering software. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (preferred). * Knowledge of materials, furniture, and construction processes. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity to work on high-profile events and luxury projects. * A creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment. * Professional growth within an expanding company.
