Location: Near the La Paz metro station Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (with availability for shift rotation if required) We offer: · Statutory benefits · Competitive salary ranging from $14,000 to $17,000 per month, based on experience Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. 2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production equipment. 3. Supervise the operation and maintenance of pumps, mills, compressors, blowers, motors, and electrical panels. 4. Ensure proper operation of the plant’s electrical substation and power distribution system. 5. Coordinate repair, fabrication, and adjustment work in the workshop (welding, lathe work, modifications). 6. Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance. 7. Supervise maintenance personnel and assign work orders. 8. Ensure all maintenance work complies with industrial safety standards. Required Profile: · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. · Personnel management experience. · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude. Technical Knowledge: 1. Applied industrial mechanics for pumps, motors, gear reducers, bearings, and mechanical seals. 2. Industrial electricity: three-phase motors, electrical panels, contactors, thermal relays, and reading of electrical diagrams. 3. Operation and maintenance of industrial mills (bead mills, NETZSCH, hammer mills, and classifiers). 4. Maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air systems. 5. Knowledge of electrical substations and plant power distribution. 6. Operation of process equipment such as reaction towers, agitators, and production lines. 7. Welding, lathe operation, and fabrication of replacement parts for equipment repair. 8. Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance, and spare parts inventory control.
