We don’t want someone who simply presses ‘record’; we’re looking for an **exceptionally creative** individual—with vision—who understands the rhythm of today’s platforms and wants to become the visual engine of our agency. We want you on our team to **improve what you observe, elevate production quality, and energize our YouTube channel**. We want your ideas, your innovation, and your aesthetic eye. Your Day-to-Day With Us: * **Mastery of Two Worlds:** Creating **short videos** (highly engaging and viral) for Meta/Shorts, and producing **long-form videos** for YouTube that educate and retain investors. * **Content Direction:** Filming and editing walkthroughs of our luxury properties and land parcels, as well as personal branding content for **our agents**. You’ll collaborate closely with them to project their on-camera authority. * **On-Location Production & Photography:** Capturing imagery with impeccable style across the entire Los Cabos destination. * **Live Innovation & Tools:** Managing recordings of our video podcasts, and operating (or being fully willing and able to quickly learn) live streaming via OBS. The Ideal Profile: * **Reside in San José del Cabo** (Mandatory). * **Full-time availability.** The real estate market is dynamic, and the best shots don’t always happen during office hours. * **Editing Agility & Creativity:** Proficiency with software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.) to deliver dynamic, clean, high-impact pieces. * **Hunger to Evolve:** We seek someone eager to continuously learn, propose emerging trends, and grow alongside a firm serving international developers and investors. **Do you feel you have the talent to make our content explode?** Send us your portfolio or your *reel* (we want to see your creativity in action—the CV is secondary), and tell us what you’d change about our channel.
