Production maintenance and industrial safety **Crushing Plant Operator** A company engaged in the production and crushing of aggregate materials is seeking a Crushing Plant Operator with experience in operating, monitoring, and controlling crushing and screening equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Operate primary and secondary crushing equipment and screening equipment. * Supervise proper operation of conveyors, screens, cone crushers, and feeders. * Conduct daily pre-start inspections of the plant. * Monitor oil levels, pressure, temperature, and general operating conditions. * Identify mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical failures during operation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Maintain production output according to required specifications. * Ensure cleanliness and order in work areas. * Comply with industrial safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience working in crushing plants. * Knowledge of cone, jaw, and screening equipment. * Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems. * Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
