Job Summary: We are seeking an ICT Support Engineer to assist and enable technological services for users in a production/manufacturing environment, ensuring business continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support for ICT users in production/manufacturing environments. 2. Incident and request resolution under SLAs and KPIs. 3. Inventory management, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment. At **Icorp**, we are looking for an engineer with expertise in production/manufacturing environments providing on-site support to **ICT users**. Provide assistance and support to enable technological services for users of equipment and applications, as well as access to network infrastructure, to ensure the smooth operation of user activities and contribute to business competitiveness and continuity. **Work Modality:** 100% On-site **Location:** Tetla de la Solidaridad, Tlaxcala **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Availability:** Yes, to stay longer if required **Occasional Availability:** To work weekends if required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree/Engineering in Computer Systems or related field **(Degree Required)**. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in **ICT support within production environments**. * Experience working with **SLAs and KPIs**. * Basic English proficiency. * Basic knowledge or training in ITIL. * No objections to relocation. Experience in: * + ICT support experience in industrial environments (minimum 2 years). + User ICT support via tickets, both on-site and remotely (minimum 2 years). + Incident and request resolution according to SLAs and **KPIs**. + Microsoft Office \& Google Suite. + Active Directory. + Pivot tables. + CRM usage. + ICT equipment inventory management. + Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. + Virtual machine creation. + Structured cabling. + Cisco router and switch configuration (Preferred). + Basic knowledge or training in ITIL. + Linux operating system (Preferred). **Benefits** * Base salary. * Transportation allowance. * Quarterly bonus. * Statutory benefits.
