




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative support in the commercial area, focused on information management, reporting, and sales operations tracking. Organizational skills and customer service **Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative support for the commercial area’s daily operations. * Enter, review, and update customer and sales operation information. * Generate basic reports to track commercial results. * Manage and monitor requests, orders, and commercial documentation. * Liaise with internal departments to ensure agreed timelines and processes. * Support customer service and follow up on administrative requirements. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (use of tables, filters, and basic functions). * Strong organizational and tracking abilities. * Clear communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Prior administrative or commercial experience preferred (internships or social service experience accepted).
