**LIVERPOOL INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM** We are seeking: **Collection Supervisor at Liverpool Angelópolis** Requirements: \- Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, or Law \- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or collection dispatch supervision \- Functional knowledge: Commercial Law, Late-payment collections \- Preferred: VPL Credit Systems, Cyber Financial Collections System Tools: Advanced Excel (mandatory), PowerPoint Areas of expertise: Credit System and Collections System; at least 1 year of experience supervising telephone and field collections Work experience: 2 years in related positions with personnel reporting to you (dispatch supervision) Interpersonal skills: Negotiation, Assertiveness, Verbal and written communication, Strong character, Goal achievement, Creativity, Supervision and follow-up, Proactive attitude Responsibilities: \- Identify and promote the contracting of extrajudicial and judicial collection agencies \- Ensure agencies maintain operational levels that guarantee the branch’s monthly budget. \- Monitor payment agreements executed by the agencies. \- Support achieving recovery objectives and minimizing write-offs. \- Propose improvement alternatives to enhance recovery of delinquent accounts. \- Monitor judicial proceedings handled by agencies under supervision until conclusion. \- Act as deputy to the Collection Manager in their absence.
