Human Resources Coordinator

Description

Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Administration (Master's degree preferred). 3 to 5 years of experience in HR coordination, supervision, team leadership, or HR management. Mandatory experience in: Recruitment, Organizational Development (OD), Training, Payroll, Labor Relations, Termination Settlements, Severance Payments, and Employee Separations. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Experience with e-learning platforms, psychometric assessments, and job boards, etc. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), Income Tax (ISR), and compensation structures. Location: Teziutlán, Puebla. Mandatory: Residency in Teziutlán or immediate availability to relocate. Responsibilities: Lead the full HR cycle: Recruitment and Selection, Hiring, Onboarding, Training, Development and Organizational Culture, Employee Separation, Payroll. Administer payroll, attendance incidents, employment contracts, and personnel files. Design and implement the Annual Training Program. Manage workplace climate and continuous improvement strategies. Supervise occupational safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate certifications (including SMETA, ISO). Organize internal integration events. Drive Organizational Development initiatives (processes, policies, job descriptions, KPIs, organizational culture). Analyze HR KPIs: turnover, absenteeism, performance, productivity. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and internal policies.
