Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to design and develop architectural projects, with experience in executive and design projects, and solid construction knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Project Architect** to join our architectural design and project development team. **Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (degree completed) Minimum 2 years of experience in project development and/or construction. Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Revit (Architectural and MEP). Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge and use of SketchUp \+ V\-Ray for rendering. Intermediate proficiency in 3DS Max \+ V\-Ray for rendering. Strong architectural judgment and knowledge of construction processes. Ability to develop executive and design projects. Knowledge of carpentry, glazing, metalwork, and general construction details. Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle with standard transmission. **Desired Skills:** Organization and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
