Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to take end-to-end ownership of projects, ensuring correct product distribution and efficient, results-oriented operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring that each store receives the correct products at the right time, with flawless execution throughout every season. You will serve as the central coordination point among warehouse, logistics, stores, and the commercial team, guaranteeing efficient, organized, and results-driven operations. **What will you do in this role?** * Plan and execute merchandise distribution to branches based on inventory levels and demand. * Analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock per store. * Define restocking and product redistribution strategies based on turnover rates. * Standardize and manage proper SKU assignment and product classification. * Supervise warehouse processes (receiving, picking, staging) and ensure adherence to timelines. * Identify and track operational incidents (shortages, errors, damages). * Coordinate shipments with logistics and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. * Maintain constant communication with store managers to address operational needs. * Track the entire project lifecycle (launch, operation, and seasonal closure). * Generate inventory, sales, and performance reports per branch. * Analyze data to optimize distribution decisions and future purchasing. * Support initial stocking, in-store product display, and post-season collection. **Who are we looking for?** * Experience in logistics, operations, retail, or supply chain. * Experience coordinating multiple departments or projects. * Strong analytical skills (inventory, turnover, KPIs). * Organizational skills and meticulous process tracking. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Excellent communication and cross-functional team management skills. * Availability during peak seasons. **Additional assets we value** * Experience managing temporary or high-demand projects. * Knowledge of inventory control and SKU management. * Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to lead key projects within operations. * Comprehensive experience in operations and retail management. * Dynamic and challenging environment. * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic and international environment. * Competitive salary. * Internal development opportunities.
