We are seeking a Driver/Purchaser for the Maintenance Department to perform the following activities: * Supply materials, products, and spare parts required by Maintenance with a sense of urgency. * Serve as the direct liaison with service providers. * Identify alternatives to meet Maintenance’s spare parts requirements. * Maintain one’s personal vehicle in perfect condition and complete the service logs required by the Logistics Department. * Provide timely and concise status updates on spare parts and materials, as well as on components sent to external suppliers for repair. * Monitor closely spare parts and components sent to third parties. * Maintain constant communication with the Maintenance and Warehouse Departments for collection of parts and spare parts. * Complete assigned work logs and schedules at the start of employment. * Take responsibility for samples and spare parts entrusted to them, preventing losses and delays in maintenance timelines. * Inspect all purchased spare parts before leaving the establishment, ensuring alignment with specified requirements. * Submit invoices and receipts on the same day of purchase.
