The purpose of our Occupational Physician is to promote a healthy environment within the organization—from onboarding new employees through their continued employment—by providing medical care to prevent health issues that could affect job performance. Some of the key challenges include: 1.- Providing medical care and responding to emergencies for administrative, operational, and onboard employees—including laboratory and diagnostic tests, issuing medical prescriptions and medications to initiate treatment—ensuring employee well-being to support effective job performance. 2.- Consistently acting with integrity and demonstrating ethical conduct in adherence to internal rules, policies, and procedures, maintaining a risk-prevention focus. Education Requirements: Our Occupational Physician must hold: a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, professional license, and registration with the Ministry of Health.
