Job Objective: To attend to groups and ensure the correct Primus experience according to company values and communication goals, fostering a sense of belonging. To ensure inventory and cash control. Main Responsibilities. In-store sales and cash handling. Tracking and prospecting new clients for visits. Group接待 and tour guidance. Contact with tour operators and schools. Selling tour packages to new and existing customers. Weekly inventory reporting. Weekly movement and cash reporting. Requesting promotional materials and bar/sales products. Supporting cafeteria service. Job Requirements Experience and orientation in customer attention and service. Basic knowledge of cooking and food handling. Ability to manage and attend to groups. Knowledge of administrative processes and activities. Sales and commercial customer service knowledge. Proactive, organized, and self-motivated individual.
